Not really that good. Anyway its impossible to make a image smaller without destorying the quality. Least with paint, but it may be able to be done if someone had photoshop.

William is correct: In shrinking an image, detail is invariably lost.
I have Photoshop, so I can do it, but I need to know what you mean by 'a little smaller'. What size would you like?
